Ken is a 30 year insurance industry veteran. He’s an owner of International Excess
Agency, Inc and Vice President of International Excess Program Managers and Vice
President of Special Risks for International Excess Alliance, LLC. Ken is also the
sales manager for Willcomply, LLC, a national surplus lines tax filing service.
Ken handles large, complex surplus lines risk on a national basis.

Terry began his career with Lloyds of London brokers, worked in London, Latin America, Bermuda and New York City before settling in Ohio in 1990.
With senior marketing and management experience for insurance companies, wholesale underwriters and intermediaries, specialty insurance service companies, reinsurance brokers and insurance agents, he is a past President of Ohio’s specialty lines insurance association (OAPSLO), a recipient of the Professional Insurance Agents of Ohio Insurance Person of the Year award for services to their MarketMaker Task Force, and currently serves as Executive Director for Associated Risk Managers – Ohio.

Tricia is currently the Leader of Specialty Brokerage Services. She has over 23 years experience in the wholesale brokerage arena. Tricia began her insurance career in 1991 at Insurance Intermediaries, Nationwide’s wholesale brokerage facility. In 2002 she joined Specialty Brokerage Services, a wholesale brokerage operation owned by Westfield Insurance Company. She is responsible for both the commercial and personal lines operation.

Larry Bobb, CPCU, MBA, ARM
Larry C. Bobb, ARM, CPCU, is currently the Vice President of Property & Casualty Brokerage at Insurance Intermediaries, Inc. His Insurance career spans over 43years.
Larry received his education at Hammel Actual College, the University of Akron, located in Akron, Ohio and Salve Regina University. He holds an Associate Degree in Management, a B.S. in Accounting and an MBA in Risk Management. He is also a CPCU and holds an ARM designation. He has Property Casualty and Life & Health licenses in 49 states. Along with the General Lines Licenses, Larry also holds Surplus Lines Licenses in the states that offer Surplus Lines Licenses to non-resident agents. He also teaches an E & O class for Nationwide Agents

Kirsten joined Arlington/Roe in 2015 as Ohio marketing manager. She meets with agents across Ohio to help them grow their business with a particular focus on personal lines, commercial lines binding, brokerage, transportation and professional liability. She previously was a senior business development manager for a P&C insurance company. Kirsten began her insurance career in 1992 as a marketing assistant and business development manager. Originally from Wisconsin, Kirsten is a member of the Ohio Tree Farm Association, Ohio Farm Bureau and Rural Action.
